Online orders are processed daily from Monday to Sunday. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of order placement.
All online purchases are non-refundable. No cancellations, exchanges or modifications will be accepted once an order is confirmed.
Online purchases cannot be used to redeem other products or gift vouchers, nor may they be resold or used in promotional activities without prior consent from The Langham, Hong Kong.
