• Online orders are processed daily from Monday to Sunday. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of order placement.
• All online purchases are non-refundable. No cancellations, exchanges or modifications will be accepted once an order is confirmed.
• Online purchases cannot be used to redeem other products or gift vouchers, nor may they be resold or used in promotional activities without prior consent from The Langham, Hong Kong.
• This voucher may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
• Expired vouchers will be forfeited and will not be reissued or extended.
• A valid electronic voucher with a unique QR code must be presented upon redemption. Each voucher is valid for a single use only and will not be replaced if lost, defaced, or damaged.

Complimentary delivery within Hong Kong for order 30 boxes or above. Otherwise, delivery can be arranged with an additional charge. This service is available from 1 August to 6 October 2025 with delivery time from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability.
